Credits pay for checks. A check is one signal looking at one company or person.

Price

• A company costs 1 credit per check.
• A person costs 2 credits per check.
• A few signals cost more. The builder shows the price per record for every signal before you turn the automation on.

A check that fails or cannot finish is not charged.

Example

An automation watches 100 companies with two signals that cost 1 credit each. Each full cycle costs 200 credits.

Monthly credits

The Free plan gives 1,000 credits a month. Unused Free credits expire when the month resets. Pro plans give more and carry unused credits into the next month, once. See Plans below.

When credits run out

Shadowspect starts a run only when your credits cover the whole list. It never runs part of a list. If they do not, the automation pauses with the label Paused, no credits, and an Owner is told. It resumes by itself when there are enough credits, at the next scheduled time. It does not catch up on missed days.

Contacts lists and people signals need Pro. If Pro ends, automations on Contacts lists are paused and the Owners are told. Your Contacts lists stay readable and can be exported. After you upgrade again, resume the automations you want.

Billing is monthly. You cannot buy extra credits. If you need more, choose a larger package or wait for renewal.

Changes

Only the Owner changes the plan. A move to a larger package starts a new month and gives its full credits at once. A move to a smaller package waits for the next renewal. If Pro ends, your schedules do not change.
