What each number and chart on the Dashboard means.

Pick a range of whole UTC days: 7, 30, or a custom range of up to 366 days.

  • Accounts and Contacts. Totals, and how many of them a running automation tracks.
  • Signals found. Alerts in the range, compared with the range before it.
  • Errors. Failed, incomplete or unknown checks in each automation's latest run.
  • Automations. How many are running, paused, or still drafts. A card links to your drafts.
  • Daily activity. Signals found are bars on the left axis. Credits used are a line on the right axis. Shaded periods show the tracked records. Hover or focus a numbered marker for short descriptions of the automation changes. Nearby changes share a marker when there is not room to show them separately.
  • Automations table. Automations that have been turned on, with their latest run. Drafts stay in the card total and its draft link. A Shared tag marks an automation whose list another automation also uses. Last run uses your organization's local time, with a twelve-hour clock for today and a short date for earlier days. Hover the time for the full time and zone. Filter the Automations page by All, Running, Paused or Draft.

Past pauses stay in the markers after you press Run. Export CSV writes the same daily rows.
