Slack channels and webhooks receive the alerts an action sends. Set them up in Settings: open your name at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Settings, then Integrations or Webhooks.

Slack

An Owner or Admin connects Slack under Integrations, then checks a channel to create the destination.

Webhook

Add a URL under Webhooks. Shadowspect posts to it with a signature. A failed post is tried again over about 27 hours.

A webhook can receive three events. An Owner or Admin chooses them with the checkboxes on the webhook.

• Signal fired. An alert for one record.
• Run finished. All checks of one 6:00 AM run are over.
• Automation finished. The automation was turned on or a change was confirmed, and its first checks are over.
